Spencer Hodge is a Parker County, Texas native and a longtime small business owner with a love of design, detail, and craftsmanship. What started as a creative passion has grown into two brands, both made by hand in Texas.

18:20 Balloons & Events is her balloon decor studio, creating custom garlands, backdrops, and event styling for birthdays, baby showers, grand openings, and corporate events across Dallas–Fort Worth. From luxury pinks and dreamy pastels to custom branded color schemes, every install is tailored to your vibe and venue.

When she isn't styling balloons, Spencer is stitching. Sincerely Spencer is her hand embroidery studio, offering custom gifts, personalized accessories, and home décor that blends timeless Southern charm with a clean, modern look. Each piece is carefully stitched by hand, designed with intention, and made to last — the same care and attention to detail that define everything Spencer creates.
